In the world of words… there are those who make miracles. Those who know how to put words in the right places. Rhyming, making sense, causing thoughts to fly high and lips to grin.
He belongs to this world. Where ecstasy is caused by letters. And connections are made by paragraphs. Hopes are created from messages. Heart beats harder because of the use of such codes. And tears come from the lack of all these.
I still belong to the world of gestures. I rule the kingdom of touch. I try to find so many ways to use words in order to let him know what happens in my heart. Although I can barely speak his language… I wish he belonged in here

São Paulo Government is now launching a new tourism campaign. The slogan is something like: Visit the world without leaving the state. This idea has inspired me to get a bit away from the craziness of Carnaval.
Geographically, the state of São Paulo has features that can be compared to some places abroad. I have chosen Europe, so I went to Campos de Jordão.
It is a very charming city nestled in a mountainous area. That is perfect for someone who´s tired of the summer hot weather…
Its German architectural style is predominant. Downtown- Capivari- is where one can find a great number of restaurants, stores, snack bars and hotels. There are also some great chocolate stores like Montanhês, where one can find hot chocolate and chocolate for fondue, etc… Campos is even more beautiful in the Spring. The large array of flowers is really a feast for the eyes.
As I was by car, it was possible to visit the Itapeva peak. It offers a panoramic view of the valley and the cities nearby. Hiking lovers also enjoy going up there. Non sport freaks take the opportunity to meditate or simply enjoy the greatness of the local nature.
I have chosen those snaps from the official city site. It is all in Portuguese, but it´s worth checking anyway..

Carnaval is over in São Paulo and Shy´s back. Thank you all for the visits and comments while I was away!
I was going to write about my holiday, but today I prefer to mention Carnaval. My brother is one of the directors 
of a samba school called Camisa Verde e Branco. It got second place in the contest. My brother´s very happy, and I´m glad for him too. I have picked some snaps taken during the display last Saturday. Sorry guys… but no naked women..hehehe
Btw, the winner this year was Gaviões da Fiel. It is rulled by Corinthians, my favorite soccer team in São Paulo. Am I happy or what? Now let me pay a visit to you guys. See ya!!
