Old memories, new spots… part I
I was resding one of Steve´s blogs on his memories of fall and I sort of remembered some memories I have too. Going through some pics I had the idea of copying my friend and showing them to you as well. These ones below were taken in July 2001 when I traveled with friends from College. It is one of my favorite memories of Winter here( yeah… no snow ) and also one of the best trips I had. This is Paúba beach it is a sort of a private beach close to another famous one ( Maresias) in the north part of the state of São Paulo. It is close to São Sebastião city ( beaches are nice too) and Ilhabela( island). This makes me think of one of the main reasons I have to keep posting here; showing you all a bit of this nice place I live in.
Below, cool friends. Miss them.

There was a one-hour interveiw with Madonna on British TV this evening, where she sang two songs from “Hung Up”. I hope I get the album for Christmas.

OK, your fall beats mine…
Psalm 126
A song of ascents. 1 When the LORD brought back the captives to [a] Zion,
we were like men who dreamed. [b]
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The LORD has done great things for them.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy.
4 Restore our fortunes, [c] O LORD,
like streams in the Negev.
5 Those who sow in tears
will reap with songs of joy.
6 He who goes out weeping,
carrying seed to sow,
will return with songs of joy,
carrying sheaves with him.
