I’m called to speak a universal language
One of faith, hope, love and peace
Even the hardest heart can comprehend it,
Words that set the soul at ease.
So how is it that while I should be speaking
This language of love in a foreign land
That I keep picking up the local dialect
I simply do not understand
How syllables of hope are marred
To sound far more like despair
And where sounds of peace once were
Now chaos fills the air.
How can I keep this tongue pure
And free from degradation
Its message ringing loud and clear
The language of salvation.

Universal Language
Shy©
This is my last post of the year. So much happening around that the only thing I could do today to try to rest mind was to watch Harry Potter. In vain, because the movie is damn dark! As dark as my thoughts now. Anyway, changes bring such feelings. I dare not write here of what they are about, but I should at least mention as that may reflect in future writings or… future NOT posting at all. Anyway, I want to wish you all a Christmas full of what it really matters, that is the presence of Christ in your lives and hearts. Hope everyone has a nice break and great year ahead.
God bless you all
