but i have to correct the correction, vivek. mahatma doesn’t mean “the great one”… it’s a combination of two words mahan = great atman = soul
so it literally means, great soul. Gandhi, the great soul. there is a difference, if u will notice.
but i agree with carlo, when there is darkness around, people don’t realise the value of eyesight. if only the world now had a “mahatma” like gandhi that could show the light!
