Learning revisited
Yesterday I spent the day working on my computer. I learned a lot in the process. And as I stated earlier, I love learning. So yesterday was a good day for me. It was good to have enough free time to learn something outside of what is covered by my school courses for once. It’s been a while since I devoted a whole day to just learning and experimenting. It’s a wholely rewarding experience which I too often deprive myself of, and I encourage all others to devote time such as this to something they love doing, such as a hobby. Just forget what else you have to do (Within reason, of course) and devote yourself completely to that one thing. Everyone deserves the right to do this, and most people have the ability to do it even if it seems like there’s no time. Anyways… back to the ever-present homework. G’day

Ohh excellent advice!! I do that constantly with my Ancient Rome books and online info. The other day I was wondering “Why am I learning all this? What will it do for me?” but then I realized, I love it and I am learning so much – so yes, good advice
I love learning… It would be a miserable day for me, a day where I didn’t learn anything… Luckily, I don’t think that has ever happened

I never consciously set out to “learn” but now that i think abt it.. i do learn something every day.
Next time I spend the whole day at the computer with some cool sounds, I will remember to do an attitude adjustment: I am learning, not just playing
all that time at the computer and such a skimpy letter to me?

As funny as it may sound… after graduating from my masters i thought i was done studying… but the truth is, i actually find myself buying books about fields in my area that i’m not very knowledgeable about, and i’m excited about learning all about it.
What can i say… i’m a sucker for learning
